Truck production in the USA used to be a mixture of different engines, gearboxes and axles but more and more truckbrands start producing their own components. Paccar, since a few years offering their own Paccar engines is now introducing a new line of Paccar axles. There are different versions with ratio’s between 2,47 and 3,7. We dont know if the axles are produced by, or produces exclusive for Paccar.
New information is that these axles are produced by Meritor. The type is MT14x.
