Now here is something special. Dutch vehicle constructor Veldhuizen Wagenbouw has designed a trailer that can be mounted fixed to a DAF 8×4 rigid. The result is something that looks like a five axled rigid but in fact it is a tractor-trailer combination. Therefore the total weight is up to 40 tonnes in most countries, and that is much more than on a normal rigid. Here you see how it works.
