It looks like Nikola wins the race with Tesla to get the first heavy electric truck on the market in the USA. The electified Iveco S-Way has 645 Hp and a reach of 560 km. 80% charging takes two hours.
The Nikola Tre is also coming to Europe where they will be produced in the Iveco factory in Ulm. Just for the record, both Nikola and Tesla are not the first to come with 100% electric trucks. The Volvo VNL is already on the road and the production of that Class 8 truck has started.
