Some time ago we posted spie shots of the new MAN TGX. That truck has more surprises than only the new, rounder front. The windscreen is deeper than the one of the present model for the new ‘Direct Vision’ regulations. That means that MAN is planning to keep the TGX model for longer than 2028, before swiching to the new ‘Traton cab’ structure that they will share with Scania.
Our collegues of the Facebook comunity Novidades Pesadas & Commerciais made some nice photoshop pictures of the spie shots that we posted earlyer. There we see that the MAN cab keeps it apearance as it is now, but with rounded corners. It is a bit like the aerodynamic front on the MAN TGX cab that Quantron designed. Further the yellow lines show the extra piece of windscreen. This also makes that MAN has to re-disign the dashboard to give a beter view.
