Michelin showed special tyres on the 2014 Eurosatory Military fair in France. The tyres were developped for the French army and weapon producer MBDA. The tyres are constructed in such a way that they can drive with very low pressure. That way the impact on the soil is lower than a human footstep and that prevents the landmines from going off.
