During a session at the Comtrans show in Moscow, the new Volvo FH has been voted Truck of the Year 2014. The new Volvo just beat the renewed DAF XF by a mere eleven points.
The new Volvo is packed with new technologies, which have impressed the jury. I-See, new telematics for optimum maintenance and a totally new cab, as well as new options with I-Shift, impressed the jury.
Other contenders for this years’ prize were the new Scania Streamline, the MAN Euro 6 line-up and the Mercedes-Benz Arocs range of construction trucks. The editors of Iepieleaks congratulate Volvo with this win!
