This is the new Scania Longline, and it comes in two different versions: 88 cm or 110 cm streched. We did not get any official information but insiders from Laxå published these photo’s on social media. Laxå is a company that builds special cab conversions for Scania like crewcabs for fire fighting. The Laxå company is fully owned by Scania.
The new Longline cab we see here looks like it is made out of metal. In the interior we see a bunk that looks like a sofa, in an L- shape. Underneath we find the normal slide out boxes with the fridge. That is a bit far away when you need a cool drink from the drivers seat! Off course the extra space is asking for a more creative way to fill in, but the interior specialists are going to deal with that.
