Mercedes-Benz has launched the complete Euro-6 programm but we are still waiting for the new SLT heavy transport tractor. At the Arocs launch I got the impression that the new big one is going to be an Arocs, but here we see the Actros grille. Word is that the new SLT in Euro-6 will not make it before the end of the year. That means, just in time for Euro-6. We espect the new truck to have the VIAB clutch as an alternative for the WSK, just like in the excisting SLT Actros trucks.
The two winter shots are a bit older, but one of the Iepieleaks spies sent me the photo where the truck is on the road, with heavy cargo. When I look at the photo I think the spie was driving a Scania truck. The corners of the Scania Windscreen give this effect when you make a picture. Thanks for the photo and keep your eyes open!
