This photo was the first of the next generation of DAF heavy trucks. For Euro6 DAF needs to do something to get more air under the cab and therefor they are working on a next generation. Clearly they are using the excisting cabs, at least to test the trucks. The grille on this one is fake, the real design is going to look much better.
At this moment several Euro6 DAF trucks run in fieldtests. They have a different grille, a higher placed cab and new air intakes behind the cab.
