In Veghel, the Netherlands Dutch rallydriver Eimbert Timmermans is working on a special rallytruck. What we see here is a bonneted DAF CF with the engine all the way in the rear of the frame. The engine is built in reverse, so with the cooler unit at the end of the truck. Eimbert believes that this way he can get the optimal weight balance in the rallytruck.
The spectacular bonneted DAF truck has the cab panels of the Foden Alpha. The truck is going to be running in the Marocco Desert Challenge 2019 that starts in april.
