Fiat Chrysler: Recall for 1,2 milion Ram Pickup trucks

Fiat Chrysler has announced a recall for 1,2 milion Ram pickup trucks. The problem has to do with faulty software that can disable airbags and seatbelt tension devices. The problems are found in Ram pickup trucks up to three years old.

1,02 milion involved trucks were sold in the USA, the rest was sold on other markets like Canada, Mexico and other international markets. The types involved are the 2013 to 2016 Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 models.
