The Ginaf company is building electric driven distribution trucks by the name Duratruck. These trucks are based on Mercedes-Benz Atego trucks and they get a completely new electric driveline.
The one on the pictures is a E2114 Duratruck that was delivered recently to the Hulshoff company in Amsterdam. The truck has a 270 kW electromotor and a 120 kW Lithium-ion battery pack. That is enough for 125 km, and that suits Hulshoff. The battery is loaded at night by plugging it in to the charger.
