At the Beijing International Automotive Exhibition truckbrand SAIC Iveco Hongyan launched an LNG version of the Jieshi truck which has a range of up to one thousand kilometres. This achievement is being realised by mounting larger fuel tanks on the truck chassis.
According to our sources, the Jieshi consists of a lot of Iveco technology, which assures that at a GVW of around 55 tonnes, the LNG-Jieshi is up to three percent more economical than comparable LNG vehicles on the Chinese market. In combination wth the large LNG-tank this makes the Jieshi a versatile vehicle.
