Yes it is! This is a Hoovertrack based on a Iveco trakker 4×4. The vehicle can do all the work you want on the land, and gets you home over the highway with 80 km/h!

No it can not, it can only pull machines, not lift any, so it’s use on the land is limited. A JCB Fasttrac is a better choice for someone who wants both, transport and worm on the land.
