New Volvo FM is out!

And there she comes, the new Volvo FM!

This is one of the trucks on it’s way through Europe for demonstration purposes. Volvo wants you to take pics of it and send it to Gothenburg.

After the new FH Volvo now anounces the new FM series, the Euro 6 truck for medium and heavy distribution. As I suggested on Iepieleaks Volvo is using the cab from the last series, with a design that fits to the new FH. One of the new items in the FM is the Volvo Dynamic Steering system.

There isn’t that much difference with the current cab on first sight, but rest assured that underneath this familiar face, a lot of new technology has been mounted. The FM lends a lot from it’s bigger brother the new FH, which will be hitting European streets around this time. Also, we expect the interior to be very similar to that of the new FH.

At this moment two new FM trucks without camouflage are driving from the South of Europe back to Sweden. Volvo is teasing the Iepieleaks spies all over Europe to catch the trucks on a photo. The photo’s can be sent in to Volvo, and the maker of the best paparazzi shot in each country wins a trip to Göthenborg for a test drive in the new FM.
