BMC showed the new Prol L heavy truck at Soltrans. The truck is available with 520 Hp or 560 Hp diesel engines, both Cummins engines in combination with ZF TraXon gearboxes.
The new cab of the BMC Pro L has got nothing to do with the previous Tugra cab. It looks like a Mercedes-Benz Actros copy. This new cab is exactly the same as the Chinese copy of the Actros, the JAC K7 truck. JAC also uses Cummins and ZF technology.
The resemblance with the Actros cab is remarkable, also in the interior. It seems that JAC is trying to come to the European market, using BMC in Turkey as a back door.
