On the picture we see a Scania, autonomous test truck leaving the MAN factory in Munich! The truck was spotted yesterday during a visit to MAN. The sensors on the roof and the front bumper show that the truck is used for autonomous test driving. Since MAN and Scania are both members of the same big happy Traton family it doesn’t suprise us that they join forces in this development.
Interesting is that the truck has no mirrors but camera’s. They are mounted under the side windows, as Scania presented in 2017. Since then we didn’t see them again at Scania, until now!
