After the publication of photo’s from China of a streched Mercedes-Benz Actros ProCabin Mercedes-Benz now confirms: There will be a longer version of the ProCabin, but only for the Chinese market.
For a European introduction the brand said: ”We follow the developments on the market to be able to react in local needs and trends.” To us that sounds that if there is demand, Mercedes is willing to consider the European introduction of the streched cab. With the new European rules for streamline there is space for an extra comfortable cab, and the shortage of drivers is an extra argument to make life on the road as comfortable as possible.
One of the streched ProCabin trucks was photographed on a trailer on a German Autobahn, so there is at least someting cooking in Worth!
