Volvo is testing this FH with the 13 liter six- cilinder engine with an output of 560 Hp in Brazil. The engine gives a max torque of 2900 Nm! That is one hundred more than the Scania Super 560.
The strongest version of the D13 engine so far was the 540 Hp and 2600 Newton Meter. The figures of the new, top model of the 13 liter line are impressive and Rumours say it is not only for the Brazilian market. Now the question is weather this is the D13 we all know or if there is a new engine coming up.
